SPUC Scotland has an election pack that is politically neutral but will assist anyone wishing to assess the views of their candidates on important life issues.
Presently there is enormous pressure aiming to introduce assisted suicide and also to extend abortion, even to birth. Helping to gauge the values of prospective political candidates could be crucial on the outcome of these important issues in the coming months and years.
A recent bill to extend abortion received a majority vote but 
fortunately ran out of parliamentary time. We expect that bill will be reintroduced early in the new parliament.
