The annual ‘White Mass’ will be celebrated in Edinburgh in February.
Archbishop Leo Cushley will celebrate the White Mass on Sunday 12th February at 12pm in St Mary’s Metropolitan Cathedral, Edinburgh.
All healthcare staff (& their families) are welcome to this annual Mass to pray for patients, the work of healthcare professionals and the work of the NHS. Medics are encouraged to wear formal (work) attire. Nurses, Midwives and other healthcare staff are encouraged to wear their uniforms if they wish.
Archbishop Cushley will welcome healthcare staff to the ‘Camino Cafe’ at the back of the Cathedral after Mass for a reception and buffet lunch.
The Cathedral is close to Edinburgh Waverly train station and the St James bus station for those who will use public transport.
