It’s almost time for our annual diocesan event at St Mirin’s Cathedral…
It’s a lovely way for all of our families to come together as a diocesan community and worship, in song, the birth of Our Saviour Jesus Christ. Everyone is welcome, and you are encouraged to bring your families and friends… even those who think they can’t sing!
It takes place from 2.30pm until 3.30pm in St Mirin’s Cathedral, on Tuesday 27th December.
“For he that singeth praise, not only praiseth, but only praiseth with gladness: he that singeth praise, not only singeth, but also loveth him of whom he singeth. In praise, there is the speaking forth of one confessing; in singing, the affection of one loving.”
(St. Augustine, Commentary on Psalm 73, 1)
