The Fatima Pilgrim Statue, touring Scotland in this centenary year of the apparitions of Our Lady, will be in Paisley Diocese from 7th – 16th October.
We encourage you to make a personal pilgrimage with your petitions to Our Lady in this time of special grace.
On the Feast of the Holy Rosary, Sat 7th October, 4.30pm, Bishop John will welcome the Pilgrim Statue to St Mirin’s Cathedral in a Welcome Service with Holy Rosary, followed by the Vigil Mass celebrated by Canon Oliver at 5.30pm.
Bishop John will celebrate Mass at 12noon on Sunday 8th October in the Cathedral.
The statue will remain in the Cathedral for special services and personal devotion through the following week. It will be taken to Christ the King, Howwood for the last Fatima Vigil of the Centenary Year, Thursday 12th October, and remain for the weekend.
Its last stop will be in the Chapel of the Little Sisters’ Holy Rosary Residence on Monday 16th October.
