Join us in the parish hall on Friday 15th September and support ‘Let the Children Live’.
Martin Aelred is a famous Scottish tenor who has performed for Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, Prince Charles and UN delegates. He will come to our parish hall to sing on Friday 15th September at 7.30pm.
There is no charge for admission, but all donations are welcome. All donations will go to the charity “Let the Children Live”, that takes children off the streets of the shanty towns of Medillin, Colombia. The children are as young as 5 years old, and they are protected from harm and fed and educated. The charity was founded by Fr Peter Walters in 1992 and has a house for the children named after Our Lady of Walsingham.
