This is a new University of Glasgow course, pastorally supported by the diocese, and open to any RC secondary teacher.
It can be taken while you are still in work and will confer the additional teaching qualification of RE specialist. If you

In light of the severe shortage of RE specialists, Bishop John has been working with SCES and the University of Glasgow to re-establish this course, which already has eleven signed up, but needs fifteen for viability to go ahead in the coming academic year.
Diocesan teachers please do give this consideration so that we can ensure the effective, ongoing religious education of our young people at our schools.
